Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
